fail. its almost 30 days and e no. of days ive been gg to work early, n of cos wakg up early is …. optimistically … 10 days. at least ive gone to work three times this wk early. shd restart e exercising again. its so hard to wake up in morns.
day 24:
slpt thru all of last fri…. cos got insomnia den a bad case of lazybones.
day 25:
woke up! had to get up 630am bcis got stupud mtg at 9am at ulu Tuas … which got cancelled at 8am. no big loss since i was in ofc already. unfirtunately din hav enuff determination to go 4 morng loops. had a gd excuse - body v ache fr sunday’s long run.
day 26:
got up at 630am yay… but too late to loop. went to ofc to finish up a report. my monthly lies to e directors. wanted to do track work this evening but felt a bout of abdominal pain cmg on. excuses.

Weirdly got up at 614am den turned over and fell asleep.
The next day, although slept at 11pm…. kanna insomnia. KNN!
woke up at 615am den promptly turned ovr n slpt on. 10 words more than necessary to say FAIL.
fail. 1 wk of not wakg up at 550am has turned 20 days of hard work into … uselessness. i hardly heard e alarm. good nite. *rolls bk into bed*
I am having one now. Must be the thai iced tea at 630pm and the iced tall latte way b4 that. grrrrr…..
The waking up early part is more or less automatic liao. i.e. i dun feel like dying when e alarm rings. Most times, I wake up a minute b4 the alarm.
So… it seems I take about a week plus to get into a groove. Ok. That’s encouraging. hee…
When I finish my “Sgp Largest Flag” project this Thurs, I will concentrate on the morning loops.

Woke up at 6am…. pottered ard and made it to work for 830am. Coolies! I could wake up eventhough I slept at 2am last nite. I guess its getting easier.

Tip to self tho: If want to drive out, go b4 730am bcos traffic AFTER then is crazy. Lots of mad drivers cutting lanes, makg illegal uturns suddenly etc. Almost died today. sigh….

Woke up as usual. But v tired despite sleeping at 11am last nite. So I rolled over and continued slping.
Must be the 4 panadols I took plus the 1st and 2nd day of menses. Unloading a huge bucket of red takes a lot out of me. pooey.
Me really dunno how to handle the menses while doing a tri. And I hate hate using tampon.

Apparently I woke up. as usual. woke once at five and then at six. But felt tired. Must be bcos last nite slpt only at 1230.

Anyway, I lay in bed contemplating life. The more i contemplate, the more i hate. So i started the day sad.
Supposed to do 2 x loop tdy hor? I did 10mil loops … in my head.
Now gonna take mc. i feel shitz.
Let’s see. Out of 12 days, I successfully looped and went to work… 3/12 days. Wow. gr8 percentage. Burrito champion man.
