Tokyo Marathon
I had been building my base 3x a week for the past 2 weeks. I think I am ready to kick it into the next gear.
I am following a plan that helped Oprah run her first marathon in 4 hours. If Oprah can do it, so can I. :) I will bring along Omnimon so you guys can track what I’ve been doing, or not been doing. Also show proof to the world that I am doing what I say I am doing. Hehheh!
Monday - Rest
Tues - Jog 40mins
Wed - Rest or Swim 30mins
Thurs - Six x 400m at 2:05 to 2:15 pace
Fri - Rest or Swim 20-30mins
Sat - 5km at 10:40 to 11:10 pace
Sun - Rest or long cycle
